Pricing:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
COD Charges:
Cash on Delivery orders will incur an additional INR 200 charge.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy:
We ship across India and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Dispatch Timeline:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7-8 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery Timelines:
Metro Cities (India): 2-3 business days from dispatch
Other Indian Cities: 5-7 business days from dispatch
International Orders: 14 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping:
Priority Express Shipping (1-3 business days) is available at an additional cost of INR 400.
Note: This service is not applicable on COD orders.
Shipping Charges:
Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above INR 3,000.
International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery Disclaimer:
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or natural disruptions.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Window:
We accept returns within 3 business days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
For defective or incorrect items, a return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required as proof.

Return Shipping (Domestic):
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our address.
A flat return shipping fee of INR 200 will be borne by the customer.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Sizing Issues:
For exchanges due to sizing concerns, please share a photo and description of the required changes via email.
